Banana Pumpkin Pancakes
Delicious Raw Vegan pancakes made with fresh pumpkin and bananas. These are topped with Raw Vegan Pumpkin Spice Whipped Cream and Maple Syrup for a healthy Fall-Inspired rendition of a breakfast classic.

Ingredients
Raw Banana Pumpkin Pancakes
- 2 Bananas
- 1 cup Pumpkin
- 1 Tsp Maple Syrup
- 2 Tbsp Water
- 1/2 Tsp Pumpkin Spice
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/4 cup Flax Meal
- 3/8 cup Oat Flower
- 1/4 Tsp Vanilla
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
Raw Pumpkin Spice Whipped Cream
- 1/2 cup Raw Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese
- 1 Banana
- 4 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/4 Tsp Vanilla
Directions
- Blend bananas until soft.
- Add remaining ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour batter onto dehydrator sheet into 4-5 pancakes (circular shapes).
- Dehydrate at 115 degrees for 12-15 hours. (Flipping halfway to three quarters of the way through).
- Prepare Pumpkin Spice Whipped Cream.
- Chop extra pieces of fresh banana for garnish.
- Layer pancakes, garnish with bananas, whipped cream, and drizzle of maple syrup.
