Foods that are unhealthy and create free radicals for the anatomical system are as follows:
– White Flour (Gluten in General)
– Refined Sugars or Sweeteners
– Non-Virgin Oils
– White & Brown Rice (Starch-Based Grains)
– Dairy
– Refined Salt
– Alcohol or other Drugs
– Meat and Eggs
– Processed and Packaged Products (Msg, Colors, Flavors, Preservatives)
– Impure water
– Cooked food
– GMO/”Conventional” Foods
All of these foods or elements listed above will create an acidic environment for the body. Acid forming foods result in mucus, bile, and even gas in the body. These signify that imbalance is present and can lead to more significant damage in the form of illness and disease.
Upon ridding these foods from a daily diet or consumption, the body will no longer respond with inflammation or mucus build up. Mucus is the source of all disease and illness within the body. Without that, there is nothing spreading damage through the body, and a safe (balanced) internal habitat can be achieved. With a balanced body, come wellness, vitality, and longevity.
Rediscovering Healthy
Yes there are a lot of ingredients on this list that we are “used to” or have been “eating our whole lives.” This does not make for them to be healthy or nutritious. If they were, they wouldn’t be producing acid within the body. Remove the source, remove the problem.
This piece of information can be difficult to adjust to, so we recommend taking it all in with compassion- towards yourself, the food industry, and others (including us)! It can be hard to remove all of these things at once, and even a bit unrealistic depending on your circumstances. We advise to explore these elements individually, removing some or one at a time. Take note on how you feel with or without these things- sugar, flour, and salt especially, as these directly alter our brain chemistry.
