Ingredients
Wasabi Ranch
- ½ cup Wasabi Mayonnaise (Recipe from Gourmet Healing Food: Entrées)
- ½ cup water
- ½ teaspoon coconut aminos
- ¼ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
Raw Vegan Crab Cake Salad
- 2 Krab Cakes (Recipe from Gourmet Healing Food: Entrées)
- 1½ cup Italian salad mix
- ⅓ cup Wasabi Ranch
- ⅓ cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
- ⅓ cup white onion, diced
- ¼ cup radishes, sliced
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 scallions, chopped
Instructions
Wasabi Ranch
- Place ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth dressing forms.
Raw Vegan Crab Cake Salad
- Add salad mix to a plate.
- Sprinkle salad mix with vegetables.
- Place Krab Cakes on top.
- Dress with Wasabi Ranch.
