Raw Vegan Pumpkin Spice Alfredo Pasta
The perfect Raw Vegan Pasta dish to satisfy any Alfredo Craving. This Raw Vegan Pumpkin Spice Alfredo Pasta is easy to make and uses zucchini noodles as a healthy gluten-free option!
Ingredients
Pumpkin Alfredo Sauce
- 1/8 cup Pine Nuts Soaked
- 1/4 cup Pumpkin
- 1 Tbsp Scallion
- 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
- 3 Small Cloves Garlic
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Pepper
- Splash Coconut Water
- 1 Tsp Yellow Mustard Powder
- 1 Tsp Pumpkin Spice
- 5 Tbsp Water
- 1 Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions

Place sauce ingredients in blender.
