Delicious and flavorful raw vegan veggie burger, loaded with herbs and spices, made from veggies, nuts, and seeds that is bursting with umami!
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup raw walnuts (soaked/drained)
- 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds (soaked/drained)
- 1 cup green or red bell pepper (chopped)
- 1/2 cup carrots (chopped)
- 1/2 cup white onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/8 cup dried or fresh basil
- 1/8 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed (ground)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
Instructions
1. Add ingredients to food processor.
2. Pulse into ground meat-like texture.
3. Using your hands, form burger patties and place onto dehydrator sheet.
4. Dehydrate burgers at 115℉ for 14-16 hours.
Notes
Nut-Free: Replace Walnuts with Sunflower Seeds or Mushrooms.
Dehydrator-Free: Add 1 tablespoon of ground chia seeds with 2 tablespoons of coconut flour.
Oil-Free: Omit olive oi.
