Here we have a delicious and flavorful raw vegan veggie burger, loaded with herbs and spices, made from veggies, nuts, and seeds, that is sure to satisfy your burger craving needs!

We have a passion for recreating traditional foods in our own raw vegan way. This is one that we couldn’t wait to transform as soon as we started enjoying raw foods. And because we live in the South (shout out Florida!) we crave comforting foods, so naturally, a raw vegan veggie burger is at the top of that list!

The Healthiest Burger

These are a simple solution for anyone wanting to try raw vegan veggie burgers because they are easy to make and incredibly tasty! They can even be done without dehydration if you want to enjoy something savory without the wait. That requires just a tablespoon of ground chia seeds, to absorb more of the moisture, with a few tablespoons of coconut flour. Reverse engineering recipes to taste and feel like the real thing does require a little finessing. We’d recommend a dehydrator for this one if you want the best results.

Walnuts are an ingredient we include in this recipe because of the texture and flavor they add to the burger. Nuts are an ingredient that adds umami (depth) and provides that “meatier” feeling and taste. If you are averse to nuts, we recommend using all sunflower seeds or trying out mushrooms in place of the walnuts. Always adjust recipes as you see fit to cater to your dietary needs.

This is a raw vegan veggie burger that provides an unbelievable taste and texture. We guarantee it will be a hit for any lunch, dinner, or backyard BBQ you attend, so bring enough for your family and friends! Serve them up with lettuce buns and you’re all set for the healthiest plant-based veggie burger out there.
