Did someone say Donuts!? These No-Bake Chocolate Frosted Pumpkin Donuts are TOTALLY GUILT-FREE and satisfying as can be! We’re crazy about sweets without negative side-effects. These are friendly for ANY diet, figure, or meal plan. This is one donut (or two) you can have for breakfast and NOT feel guilty for it later!

No bloating. No fuss. Succulent indulgence is a must for us. We’ve been loving Raw Vegan Donuts for a while now. They were like the MOST AMAZING thing to create ever! They’re easy, cheap, and require NO BAKING OR DEHYDRATING! That’s the kind of recipe that’s a Raw Vegan’s Best Friend!




They’re also SUPER cutesy! Who doesn’t love cute food? It makes it taste better too!




Not to mention they’re PACKED with health benefits, as we’ve still added our FAVORITE FALL VEGETABLE to it- the PUMP-KING! Just loading up the vitamins and HEALING for ya! And then there’s the HEALTHY CHOCOLATE part…

Cacao is the HIGHEST PLANT-BASED SOURCE OF IRON out there! And also has 40 TIMES the antioxidants as blueberries! We combine a lil’ of that with the also superfood perfect coconut oil, and BAM! Super boosted chocolate sauce here we come!

These are easy to make but require just a little bit of love and attention while forming the donuts. They are your friend and they will take good care of you. Just use your hands delicately to gently for the shape and if you have any cake dowels or other small circular utensils around, those’ll help you cut out the hole easy.

With a background in baking, shaping soft doughs is sort of our thing. But with a little practice, we know it’ll be yours too! Ingredients

Pumpkin Donuts

  • 1 cup Raw Oat Flour
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts
  • 1/4 cup Dates
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin Purée
  • 1/8 cup Coconut Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tsp Pumpkin Spice
  • 1/4 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 3/4 cup Raw Buckwheat Oats Flour

Raw Vegan Chocolate Sauce

  • 3 Tbsp Cacao
  • 4 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 2 Tsp Maple Syrup

Instructions

Raw Vegan Chocolate Sauce

  1. Mix with spoon and leave at room temperature with a cover

Pumpkin Donuts

  1. Separate Oat Flour into separate mixing bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients into blender to create wet mix.
  3. Mix wet and dry ingredients in food processor to create dough, careful not to over work dough. (Keeps donuts fluffy).
  4. Form donuts by using your hands and rolling dough into a donut shape.
  5. Cut center of the donut out using the end of a cake dowel or other circular object.
  6. Add to sheet to refrigerate for approximately 1 hour.
  7. Remove from refrigerator and dip tips in chocolate sauce.
  8. Enjoy chilled!
