Ingredients

Pumpkin Veggie Burger Patties

  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • 1 3/4 cup Pumpkin
  • 2/3 cup White Onion
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 4 Medjool Dates
  • 4 Portobello Mushrooms
  • 9 Tbsp Flax Seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Coriander
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cumin
  • 1/2 Tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric
  • 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon

Savory Sesame Seed Buns

  • 1 cup Sesame Seeds
  • 3/4 cup Raw Sunflower Seeds soaked
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1/2 White Onion
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp Himalayan Salt
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Raw Rolled Oats
  • 1 3/4 cups Flax Meal
  • 1/4 cup Dried Basil
  • 1/2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder * Optional

Burger Assembly

  • 1 Savory Sesame Seed Bun
  • 1 Pumpkin Veggie Burger Patty
  • 2 Tbsp Raw Vegan Parmesan
  • 1 Tbsp Pumpkin Cheese Sauce
  • Onion Slice
  • Tomato Slice

Instructions

Pumpkin Veggie Burger Patties

  1. Dice Bell Pepper, Pumpkin, Garlic, White Onion, Dates, and Mushrooms, place in processor.
  2. Add rest of ingredients- Flax Seeds, Coconut Aminos, Salt, Pepper, Cumin, Coriander, Smoked Paprika, Turmeric, Cinnamon-then pulse.
  3. Form Burger Patties and Dehydrate for 8-10 hours at 105 Degrees F.

Savory Sesame Seed Buns

  1. Blend or grind Raw Rolled Oats into Powder
  2. Mix Blended Raw Rolled Oats, Flax Meal, Dried Basil, Garlic Powder and Salt in separate container
  3. Mix Coconut Aminos, Carrot, Pumpkin, White Onion, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cilantro, Sesame Seeds, Raw Sunflower Seeds and Garlic in Food Processor
  4. Add food processed wet mix with separate dry mix to create dough.
  5. Roll dough into bun shapes.
  6. Place buns on Dehydrator Sheet and Dehydrate for 13-15 hours
  7. Flip halfway through Dehydration process.
  8. Slice carefully to separate buns. (If necessary dehydrate halves for bit longer for desired texture.)

Burger Assembly

  1. Put Pumpkin Cheese Sauce down onto bottom bun.
  2. Place onion and tomato onto Pumpkin Cheese Sauce.
  3. Add Veggie Burger Patty.
  4. Place Raw Vegan Parmesan onto of patty.
  5. Close with bun and DEVOUR!
