Raw Vegan Parmesan
A simple blend of cashews, garlic, and salt to create a seriously satisfying Raw Vegan parmesan.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Tbsp Garlic
- 1/2 Tsp Coconut Aminos
- 1/2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3/4 Cup Cashews
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
Instructions

Place ingredients in food processor and mix.

Enjoy immediately or Dehydrate on 115 degrees for 3-5 hours.

Store and refrigerate in airtight container.

*Soak Cashews overnight for 8 hours.
Pumpkin Cheese Sauce
Saucy and creamy, this Pumpkin Cheese Sauce is the perfect compliment for many Raw Vegan Dishes.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Cashews (Soaked for 8 Hrs)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Shallots diced
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 1 cup Pumpkin diced
- 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tsp Dried Basil
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Pepper
- 1 Tsp Yellow Mustard Powder
- 2 Tbsp Water
Instructions

Blend until smooth.
