It’s sweet season all month long! But nobody wants to overindulge on processed and refined sugary foods. This is the time of year to be mindful of what we consume. New year resolutions are right around the corner! Then again, we believe any time is the right time to eat mindfully. And we don’t want anyone to miss out on enjoying with indulgent energy in the air.
There’s also something magical about foods that are as healing as they are convenient.
We say healing because there was no baking involved in the making of these treats! This retains all the goodness of each ingredient, without altering it with heating. That’s what Raw Food is all about! We keep it live and fresh, guaranteeing something better for the body.
Not to mention we use only natural sugars and ingredients too. Less processed foods equals more balance for the body. Eating chemically created or altered substances can negatively impact our mood, health, and wellbeing. Having healthy options during the holidays is a wonderful way to substitute or satisfy cravings without ending up in a processed sugar coma.
We know that it’s a popular time to have families offering their best of the best! Let this be a satisfying sweet to bring to your next gathering, contributing to the health, wellness, and happiness to all who try. There’s no pressure with this simple recipe that’s perfect to show off and stands up against any other dessert this season!
