Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries fresh or frozen (thawed)
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 2/3 cup dates
  • 1 cup shredded coconut flour
  • pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to food processor.

  2. Pulse into dough.

  3. Roll into 1 tbsp sized pieces.

  4. Cover with extra shredded coconut flour.

  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
