Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Cashews (Soaked for 8 Hrs)
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Shallots diced
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • 1 cup Pumpkin diced
  • 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Dried Basil
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Yellow Mustard Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Water

Instructions

  1. Blend until smooth.
  2. Store and refrigerate in airtight container.

*Can be stored and used for variety of dishes. Replace Pumpkin with Zucchini if off season
