Ingredients

Pumpkin Pizza Crust

  • 2 cups Pumpkin
  • 1 cup Sunflower Seeds Soaked
  • 1 cup Ground Flax Seed
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Coconut Aminos
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil Extra Virgin
  • 1 Tsp Basil Dried or Fresh
  • 1 Tsp Oregano Dried or Fresh

Cashew Cheese Drizzle

  • 1/2 cup Cashews Soaked
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 Scallion
  • 1 Tsp Lime Juice
  • 1 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3/4 Tsp Salt

Raw Tomato Sauce

  • 3 Tbsp Sun Dried Tomatoes soaked
  • 1 Tsp Lime
  • 2 Scallion White Part
  • 1 Small Garlic Clove
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 4 Small Dates
  • 3/4 cup Tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil Extra Virgin
  • 1/4 Tsp Chili Flakes
  • 1/4 Tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Basil Dried or Fresh
  • 1/2 Tsp Oregano Dried or Fresh

Marinated Pumpkin Topping

  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • Dash of Cinnamon
  • 2 cups Pumpkin Chopped

Raw Vegan Triple Pumpkin Pizza

  • 1/2 Pumpkin Pizza Crust
  • 3-4 Tbsp Pumpkin Cheese Sauce
  • 3-4 Tbsp Cashew Cheese Drizzle
  • 3-4 Tbsp Marinated Pumpkin Topping
  • 1/8 Cup Raw Tomato Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Pine Nuts Garnish
  • Oregano or Basil Sprinkle Garnish

Instructions

Pumpkin Pizza Crust

  1. Add Pumpkin, Sunflower Seeds and Ground Flax, Coconut Aminos, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Basil, Oregano to food processor and mix.
  2. Mix wet mix with Ground Flax to create dough.
  3. Spread Raw dough on dehydrator sheet.
  4. Dehydrate for 12 hours at 105 degrees (or higher degrees for lesser time for crispier crust).
  5. (Makes two crusts) Cut in half to use for pizza.

Cashew Cheese Drizzle

  1. Blend until Smooth.

Raw Tomato Sauce

  1. Place all ingredients into Blender and mix until smooth.

Marinated Pumpkin Topping

  1. Add ingredients to container and allow marinade to sit for 6-8 hours.
  2. Dehydrate at 105 degrees for 10-12 hours or until soft.

Raw Vegan Triple Pumpkin Pizza

  1. Spread Raw Tomato Sauce on Pumpkin Pizza Crust generously.
  2. Take a piping bag (or sandwich bag) and cut the tip for small opening.
  3. Fill bag with Pumpkin Cheese Sauce and drizzle across pizza.
  4. Sprinkle Marinated Pumpkin Topping across pizza.
  5. Clean bag and fill with Cashew Cheese Drizzle to drizzle over Pumpkin Topping.
  6. Garnish with Pine Nuts and herb sprinkle.
  7. Slice and serve!
