Ingredients

Strawberry Donuts

  • 1 Cup Buckwheat Flour
  • 1 Cup Oat Flour
  • 1 Cup Strawberries
  • 1/8 Cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Dates
  • 1/2 Cup Walnuts
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Vanilla

Strawberry Frosting

  • 1/2 cup Strawberries
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Maple syrup

Instructions

Strawberry Frosting

  1. Add ingredients to high speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and set aside.

Strawberry Donuts

  1. Separate Oat Flour into separate mixing bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients into blender to create wet mix.
  3. Mix wet and dry ingredients in food processor to create dough, careful not to over work dough. (Keeps donuts fluffy).
  4. Form donuts by using your hands and rolling dough into a donut shape.
  5. Cut center of the donut out using the end of a cake dowel or other circular object.
  6. Add to sheet to refrigerate for approximately 1 hour.
  7. Remove from refrigerator and dip in Strawberry Frosting.
  8. Enjoy chilled!
